The German admin says the qualification starts 1 July!

It is confirmed by admin Phanttis on .com forum.
Some facts in short:
– It will be a T4 Tournament
– Tournament Qualification starts on 01.July.2015
– We have 7 Tournament worlds this Year.
– 2 Fixed groups International and Arabia
– 5 Additional Groups (which got drawn by Ecki)
– The International Group on .COM is for all countries which are not listed in one of the other groups.
– Arabia includes: EG, SA, SY, AE
