When I checked this server for the Building plans coords I couldn’t see that Italy was near anyone but never the less they have 3. Germany allys have 7, HUN 2 and LT has 1.
I got the explanation about Italy BPs. They had their spawn villages and defended them the whole round to go for plans from them. Failger was also in the area but from 60 players they are down to 32 so plans was easy to take. But Francesco says that they are not here for victory only to qualify.
Banda Bassotti is in lead with level 8, second best all servers.
